Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

Customers are allowed to cancel their appointment, but refunds will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 1 business day before the scheduled appointment: Customers will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount, excluding any applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellation within 1 business day (24 hours) of the scheduled appointment: No refunds will be provided.

All Class Drivers Business Hours are Monday – Friday, between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and customers are welcome to reschedule their appointments. Rescheduling is subject to the following guidelines:

  • Rescheduling more than 1 business day before the scheduled appointment: Customers can reschedule their appointment without any additional charges.
  • Rescheduling within 1 business day (24 hours) of the scheduled appointment: While rescheduling is allowed, customers might be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Processing Fees:

Any processing fees associated with the original booking or cancellation are non-refundable.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Customers can initiate the cancellation or rescheduling process by reaching out to our customer support team through the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Online booking platforms may also have functionality for cancellations and rescheduling.

5. Refund Processing:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

6. Special Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons, we encourage customers to contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer exceptions to the standard cancellation policy.
